Some Frequently Asked Questions!

Let me take this opportunity to answer some FAQ's that have been piling up lately:
1) Are you doing any custom work?
- Sorry, We are not taking any custom projects at this time.
2) Do you Sell PCB's with Pre-soldered Wires?
- Sorry, we do not sell PCB's.
3) If I send you the parts, can you assemble my joystick for me?
- Due to quality control concerns, we cannot accept parts from sources other than our own suppliers. Our Warranty also does not cover Parts obtained by outside sources.
4) Can I send you my OWN custom artwork for my stick?
- As long as you promise us that you made it yourself (or designed it yourself) we will put it on your stick.
5) Where can I find a template to create my own artwork?
- When you place your order, we will send you a custom template with hole placement and proper size to fit your artwork on.
6) Do you Ship to __________ place in US/CAN?
- Yes we now have a flat rate shipping option on our store page, so this is MUCH easier for EVERYONE to understand!
7) What is your warranty policy?
Arcade Whips offers the following Warranty on our products:
Arcade Whips will repair issues on our products, and guarantees all parts are in working order for a period of ninety (90) days. This does not include normal wear and tear of the product through everyday use or abuse of our products.
Opening the Joystick Case in any capacity will void this warranty. Should an Arcade Whip Joystick be returned with the case opened the owner is responsible for the cost of all repairs. This is not negotiable.
After the warranty period has ended, Arcade Whips will continue to service your Whip, subject to standard repair fees.
Any cosmetic damage to the exterior bezel is not covered under our warranty.
Any damage in shipping must be reported immediately upon arrival. Damages through shipping will be covered through the postal/courier service.
